Clint Bruce Speaks on Pursuing Elite: Leadership Lessons

Orion was pleased to welcome Clint Bruce, Co-Founder and CEO of Trident Response Group (TRG), as our Keynote Speaker at our March National Distinguished Candidate Conference. His presentation, Pursuing Elite: Leadership Lessons, laid out the five characteristics that Bruce has found to be vital in becoming an elite leader. They are:

  • Balance
  • Curiosity
  • Being Tribal
  • Knowing Why You're There
  • Showing your Scars

Bruce, a former Navy Seal, brings his military and corporate experience to bear and gives an enlightening presentation sure to help veterans as they continue to lead in the civilian world.

Below we present his introduction both to his experience and the theory behind his habits. Enjoy!
